The pages were prepared with Flash. It seems as
if it will take a long time to load, however, it doesn't take no more than 3
minutes to load all pages. You can start with the first question while other
slides are loading.
How to Listen to the Explanations in the Reading
Section:
On the upper right corner of the slides, you'll see a Sound
Icon. Click on that icon to listen to the explanations of the
questions.
How to Listen to the Explantions and Listenings in the Listening
Section:
The Sound Icons at the bottom left corner will play the
listenings, and the Sound icons on the upper right corner will play the
explanations.
About the Speaking Section:
You'll find only the
integrated topics in the Listening Section on this page. However, there are 6
sections in the Speaking section of Toefl iBT test and the first two of them are
Free Topics based on personal experince. You'll be given 45 seconds to speak for
these first two tasks. You can see the list of topics that may show up on your
actual exam by clicking here.
You'll
only find the integrated speaking tasks on this page: task 3,4,5 and 6. For each
task, just click the Play icon on top of the page and follow the directions. The
preperation and the speaking times are all adjusted the same way as the actual
Toefl iBT exam. So, when the "Record Your Response" starts, start speaking to
your microphone. But, keep in mind that the slides have no capability to record
your voice.
They will just show you when to start and stop. So, you can activate your "Sound
Recorder" and record yourself using it. The good thing about the Sound Recorder
is, it records 1 minute and then stops. You'll also be asked to speak for 1
minute for each task. So, you won't need to worry about keeping the time
yourself. You can use it to record your responses and check your speaking later
on. You can find the Sound Recorder under
Start-Programs-Applications-Entertainment.
